An advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management will teach you to identify and maximize
a company’s most valuable assets: the talent and capabilities of its employees.
Our Advanced Certificate program offers a business-based, practitioner-oriented certificate. We’ve designed our program to meet the universally recognized highest standards for human resource management practices, as set by the Society for Human Resources Management
The Human Resource Management course at level 4 and 5 is equivalent to the first two years of an undergraduate course, allowing learners to progress onto the final year of an undergraduate degree program at any UK University.
Upon completion of the Advance Diploma in HR Management, interested students may further
their education by enrolling in a top up program at an accredited UK university. Students will
have the option of finishing their degree either online or in person at campus. The associated
costs will vary based on the mode of instruction.
Below are some examples of UK universities with top up degree options. Students can apply directly to a university of their choice for further studies. In addition, our counselors will also be available to assist with the application process.
Students wishing to enroll in this program must have completed intermediate level of study
(Grade 12). Each module of the course consists of approximately 50 guided learning hours of
material with an additional 35-45 hours of optional learning material. These materials are
comprised of interactive exercises, further readings and internet resources.
Once course requirements for the program have been met, a Certificate of Completion is awarded by a UK Awarding Body.
If you do not meet the above prerequisites, OCBF also offers an education pathway beginning from Level 1 diploma to Level 7 diploma leading to Bachelor’s & Master degree programs.
